Maybe I described in title wrong, but when users leave forum, they're still stay online. Not for 5 minutes as described, but 30 or about.
I've inspected plugin's code, found that period is really set to 300 seconds (=5 minutes).
Why onlinelist keep them online?

I think you said you use it for a school, so if they use a proxy
you'll need to enable the more advanced index technique instead.

Version 0.0.4 and above now show last online time in profile
and will also show online status in posts.
You need to hit the reset link once in the upper right on the tracking display page
to clear the old data which is not compatible.

ps. you turned on two plugins which show user's status in posts, so you have two "online"

Yes I am currently testing and have both active for comparison.
"big brother" show less users. Sometimes to one, sometimes to two
Yes after studying it for awhile I realized it may have to do with the 30 minute sliding window - one ends sooner than the other so some users timeout before the other.
mini-track show now +8 users...
