    I hope this is the right place to ask but I don't know where else to go about it.

    I've recently added bbpress to my site, and I've been trying to carry over the theme I use for Wordpress. I'm not all that great with CSS, and there's some weird problem with the positioning of the forum. I'm not quite sure I got all the div tags, as I'm still not 100% sure of the internal structure.

    Here's the forum link.
    And here's the website, as a reference

    As you can see: the whole of the forum should be in the center, aligned with the background, and right now it's very much on the left side no matter what I try. I'm obviously missing something somewhere, or I didn't get the CSS right...

    I'd really appreciate any hints or advice about this.

    (I'm going to have to sort out the other pages, like the topic, forums, etc.... but for now I'd just like to get the front page working 100%.)

    Reduce the width of DIV wrapper and set its margin as auto to align it.
    #wrapper { width:960px; margin:0 auto; }
    Check with the width that you want here.

    That doesn't work, since it also changes the way the background images are shown.

    Place the DIVs which are sliding out in another DIV and then style that new DIV as I said. That should fix it.

    I already did that.

    Inside the wrapper div is a header-wrap div, which calls for the background image, and the header div, which has the banner, then another div which sets the width.

    Closing those last three, there's the main div which sets the background image to the main part, then I added a container div which set the width of the main part, and then another discussions div that sets the width of the discussions and forums area.

    This corresponds exactly to the way the theme was displayed on the wordpress theme. And yet it's displaying differently. And I haven't a clue why.
