Can u design me a forum not the exact copy of "9rules" but with a little similarity.
What I'm worry about the most is that: I've got so many forum and sub-forum I want to convert them into community the same way "9rules" arrange their community.
This is a fast project, I will b happy if u can do it.

Sorry, I don't build entire forums for people, I don't have that kind of time.
Again, 9rules isn't doing anything super-special, they just changed the terminology and made some nice looking CSS designs. If you know how to use CSS you could build that. If you don't, you need to find one of those sites with CSS designers for hire. I think they allow "wanted" posts on bbpress.org - you post your request to hire someone and state what you want and how to contact you. Then they lock the post and let it sit there so if anyone is interested, they can find you.
Sigh... It is just admirable the ingenuity or creativity that 9rules created on his website. It just shows you what imagination could do using bbPress as a platform.
