I've downloaded and installed the mass delete users plugin, but the button to actually delete the users doesn't appear to show up for me. It appears, sometimes, on the last page of results (my forum has hundreds of users marked as blocked or with zero posts), but not always. Any ideas?
What version of bbpress are you using and what browser?
I'm using bbPress 1.0.3 with Chrome, Internet Explorer 9, and Safari
I managed to actually solve the problem by using your great stylesheet editor (Thank you for including that!). It turns out that the footer was simply overlapping the button, so adding a bottom margin to the submit button worked.

Can you tell me how to do that? I'm having the same problem. bbpress 1.0.2, Mass Delete Users (0.0.5).
Any idea why I can't comment in the old Plugins Browser section of bbpress.org? I see other people have commented recently. Not just your plugins, but *any*.
