    I am getting reports from users with Internet Explorer 6 having problems with the browser rendering the topic pages incorrectly with the "Hybrid Kakumei too" theme. For example, when clicking into a topic, the first post shows up, but the remaining posts on the page show just empty boxes.

    Since, I recently installed bbPress, I don't know if this problem also applies to the standard bbPress "Kakumei" theme and IE6. Unfortunately, about 25% of my visiting traffic is from people still using IE6, so this page rendering problem is fairly widespread.

    If anyone has any ideas or thoughts, please comment. Thanks.

    Someone else has reported this too, unfortunately I am unable to reproduce it in IE6 on Windows XP

    I would suspect it has to do with some of the CSS rules in style.css

    #thread {
    	background: #ddd;
    	list-style: none;
    	margin: 0 0 0 110px;
    	padding: 0;
    }

    #thread li {
    	padding: 10px 1.0em;
    	line-height: 1.5em;
    }

    #thread li ol, #thread li ul { margin-left: 40px; }

    #thread li ol li, #thread li ul li { padding: 0; }

    One of those rules might be breaking it.
    If you have an environment where you can test it and consistantly make it break in IE6, you can try slowly tinkering with those rules to see which one is breaking it. Remember to do hard refreshes to reload the stylesheet (shift-F5)

    I did some more checking all the way back to IE5 on Windows 2000 and bbPress renders correctly with the "Kakumei too hybrid" theme. It sounds like this particular problem is due to people using archaic operating systems like Windows 98 (and earlier). Get with it people! So, I'd say the problem is resolved. Use a newer OS. Sorry for any undue alarm
