How to display the geo location in profile?

I would like when somebody posts, the geo location can be displayed in the profile, like the attached pic. Can somebody help me? or pls is there a plugin for this? Thanks very much!

I mean geo location is displayed automatically, should maybe get according to the ip address, no matter registered user, or guest, anonymous...
