   Hey CK you seem to be the bbPress expert so I'm hoping you can help me out with this, I am new and have searched all the forums but can't seem to find an answer to this basic question. Even though I have Gravatar activated, when a new user creates a profile or logs in to their profile, there is no option for them to add an avatar. Seems like there should be a link to Gravatar or some way that people would add a Gravatar if they don't already have a Gravatar linked to their email. I also tried 3 different plug-ins (Gravatar, Avatar Upload, User Photo) and still none of them have a profile option to upload pic, in fact, it seemed that when I activated the plug-ins no image showed at all by the posts, not even the default gray image. Can you help?

   Gravatars are done at http://gravatar.com and you are right, there should be a link in their profile or something in the core which the original developers have forgotten.

   You might want to mention that on http://bbpress.org or in http://trac.bbpress.org
