I have created some blank bbpress themes at bbpressraw.com.

You can use these themes as a minimalistic starting point for creating your own themes. They will save you a great deal of time stripping down an existing bbPress theme in order to start creating your own theme.

They are compatible with bbPress 0.8.3 and I will update theme as bbPress is updated.
