    The 1.0 alpha is barely stable enough to use but it's the only way you'll get the cookies to sync.

    A few plugins will not work with 1.0 right now, that include bb-topic-views if you use that.

    I really appreciate the quick response. I'm still very new to bbPress, so going alpha is not going to be an immediate issue as far as use of plugins goes. Any sense of how quickly a more stable version might come?

    The alpha just came out, literally this past weekend.
    But it gets better everyday and they seem to be actively working on it this month.

    If you know how to use SVN and can install it, that's the best way to keep up with changes/fixes since you can just sync to the trunk daily or weekly.
