Make yourself a php file called
phpinfo.php
and inside it put
<?php phpinfo(); ?>
then access it from the web

Also using rc1, I'm having exactly the same issue.
No errors, just doesn't seem to upload. It's my own box, so I can control everything, but I just can't see what's failing.
I've tried adding the table, moving the bb-attachments directory etc.
Would really love to find a way to get this working.
Appreciate any help.

Massbase, somehow I missed that you are using RC1
I do not support RC1 on any of my plugins.
They keep changing things on every release and it's too much work to keep up.
I will start support for 1.0 in December when it's stable and finalized.

oh please can you just make it work for this release, please please please, just this last one as its the new alpha and many will have it, plus 0.9 is really old now.

Absolutely not. I've given warnings about not using 1.0 for four months now.
You can try downgrading to 1.0 alpha 6 but that's all I can suggest.

how do i downgrade to 1.0 alpha 6.. i would do that right now than, seen as it is the only option to get this working.
