Adding Descriptions for categories / Forum Listings

Is there any plugin or hack that will allow me to add a fairly lengthy description for each 'forum' / category within my forum?

For example i'd like to add some narrative on these pages on my forum:

http://www.vouchercodes.me.uk/forum/forum/voucher-codes
http://www.vouchercodes.me.uk/forum/forum/deals-and-offers

Ie some of the categories but not all of them.
