Ah, this makes sense now i think. I am running Wordpress 3.0.5 and bbPress 1.0.2 and was wondering why am I get some weird errors on some pages (errors such as the title display "Page not found" although the content of the page is fine, and errors such as the WYSIWYG plugin not working etc). I have fully integrated the bbPress into my Wordpress, so the database is shared and combined, this was very easy to do (and i have read that in previous WP version it wasn't so simple). So the first thing I want to clarify is: 1) Does bbPress 0.9 have an "easy" way to integrate with WP 3.0.5? I'd also like to know... 2) Is there a "downgrade method" of going from bbPress 1.0.2 to 0.9? 3) Do the database fields change comparing 0.9 and 1.0.2? If not, I should be able to install just the files from of 0.9, and leave the database bits alone (apart from making sure the bb-config.php is correct)? I hope you like my forum :D, it took me a long time modifying the css so that the forum was seamlessly integrated into my template too! Does bb-attachments work in 1.0? It's really a great plugin.

Understandable. You gotta admit though, as premature their release of bbp 1.0 may have been, it looks REALLY nice hahaha.

While I appreciate the offer, it's simply not practical. It's something I have to do myself, check the bbPress source for critical changes. I also have to wait until they stop modifying 1.0 which is not likely to happen for a few months as it's really a beta despite whatever they call it. When we get closer to December I will set up a way for people to report problems.

I would love to assist in the transition to 1.0 compatibility in some of your plugins (especially bbpress attachments)

You should not start with 1.0 alpha. Start with 0.9 which is stable. You can always upgrade later but if you start with 1.0 you can never downgrade.

I'm starting the use of bbPress now and it's a really interesting bulletin board, specially for the integration with wordpress (since I'm using it's users manager to control all my users of my chat <a href="http://www.insidernews.com.br)" rel="nofollow">http://www.insidernews.com.br)</a>. Do you have any prevision of when this new alpha is going to be released? I'm planning to wait until its being released to start learning it. What do you think? Thanks!
